❤️The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the first chakra located at the base of the spine. It represents stability, security, and our basic survival needs. When balanced, it fosters a sense of grounding, safety, and confidence. An unbalanced root chakra can lead to feelings of fear, anxiety, or insecurity, and can manifest as physical issues like fatigue or lower back pain.🕉️
